The 139th Spring Canton Fair has successfully concluded. We would like to thank all our friends—both old and new—for your interest and support. At this exhibition, we achieved a result worth sharing: the official launch of a brand-new, high-performance cutting disc developed specifically for stainless steel.
Compared with conventional products, this cutting disc delivers an overall performance improvement of 20%. In actual cutting tests, the results were outstanding:
Specification 115×1.2×22.23 mm: Manual cutting of 16mm stainless steel bar – more than 60 cuts
Specification 125×1.2×22.23 mm: Manual cutting of 16mm stainless steel bar – more than 80 cuts
Designed specifically for stainless steel to solve cutting challenges
Stainless steel is characterized by high toughness, rapid heat generation, and a tendency to stick, placing higher demands on the cutting disc’s wear resistance, heat resistance, and self-sharpening ability. This new product has been specially optimized for cutting stainless steel, maintaining stable cutting force, reducing workpiece burns and burrs, and significantly lowering the frequency of disc changes. It helps users truly achieve “time savings, material savings, and peace of mind.”
Every disc stands up to inspection: our quality requirements and management standards
Behind every set of data you see is our rigorous quality management system, which we implement from start to finish. Here we would like to openly share our commitments to product quality:
Raw material admission control: All abrasives, resins, and reinforcing mesh are selected from an approved supplier list. Prior to entering the factory, each batch must pass physicochemical index tests and small-sample performance tests. Non‑conforming batches are strictly rejected.
Full process control during production: From mixing, forming, hardening, to post‑treatment, quality control points are established at key processes. Every half hour, we conduct sample inspections of outer diameter, thickness, flatness, dynamic balance, and other dimensional and geometric tolerances to ensure batch consistency.
Piece‑by‑piece strength and safety testing: In accordance with EN12413 or corresponding national standards, each batch undergoes rotational burst testing and side load testing to ensure operational safety. At the same time, random sampling is performed regularly for actual cutting verification, simulating real‑world cutting life and efficiency.
Traceability management: Each production batch can be traced back to the raw materials, production machine, operator, and inspection records. No matter the size of the issue, we can quickly locate the root cause and implement closed‑loop improvements.
At the corporate management level, we have obtained ISO 9001 certification and continuously promote 6S on‑site management and lean production concepts. Our management team holds monthly quality review meetings, where first‑pass yield and customer complaint rates are incorporated as core performance indicators. It can be said that “no compromise on quality” is not just a slogan, but an action standard written into every job responsibility.
We believe that truly good products stand up to real‑world testing. We look forward to continuing to support our customers’ cutting operations with solid quality in many more projects to come.
