The All-China Grinding and Cutting Committee visited to jointly explore a new journey for the cutting disc industry.

On August 9, 2025, a team of leaders and experts from the National Abrasives and Grinding Tools Industry Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee") visited ShouChuang Mold Factory. The purpose of this visit was to gain a deeper understanding of the factory's production and operations, discuss industry development trends, strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the two parties in areas such as technological innovation and market expansion, and inject new vitality into the development of the cutting disc industry.

Accompanied by factory leaders, the Committee first visited the raw material storage area, where they learned in detail about the procurement standards and storage conditions for various raw materials required for cutting disc production, including abrasives and binders. Afterwards, the group entered the production workshop and toured key production processes such as mixing, screening, molding, hardening, disc removal, quality inspection, and packaging. The Committee members showed great interest in the advanced domestic and international production equipment introduced by the factory, such as mixing machines, fully automatic molding machines, hardening tunnel kilns, and nitrogen furnaces.In the molding workshop, staff demonstrated the molding process of the cutting discs. The precise mold positioning, the smooth leveling device, and the efficient pressing technology drew rounds of praise. In the quality inspection area, members of the committee listened attentively to the introduction of the product quality inspection process. The factory is equipped with professional testing equipment to rigorously test key performance indicators of the cutting discs, such as hardness, strength, and wear resistance, ensuring that every cutting disc leaving the factory meets high-quality standards.

The delegation from the Committee was warmly received. Following the tour, factory leaders gave a detailed report to the Committee members, covering the company's development history, market layout, and future plans. Regarding technological innovation, they emphasized the company's continued commitment to increasing R&D investment, introducing advanced R&D equipment and talent, and striving to develop more efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly cutting discs.
